Welcome! Thank you for choosing the Sexy NOT Sorry Program offered by Sea Salt Wellness, LLC. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of our services. By purchasing the Program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

As part of the Sexy NOT Sorry: Become Sexy and Powerful While Raising Babies Program, you will receive:

• 10 weeks (69 days) of 2 sessions per week (known as Cohort): Each session lasts ~ 60mins

• 1 Content-Focused Session

• 1 Group Session: includes 1:1 Sexy Magic time to get your questions and concerns answered real-time by Mariah

• Instant Access to:

• Program Content, including, but not limited to:

• Podcasts

• Interviews

• Meditations

• Lectures

• Activities

• Playlists

• Other: Watch Recommendations

• Personal insights and explorations tailored to your needs

• Workbooks, journal prompts, recommendations, guided meditations, rituals, and exercises

• One 1:1 Session with Mariah: session lasts approximately 60 minutes

• Access to Mariah’s Crystal Library 

• One month free of Big Pussy Energy Membership

By participating in this Program, you agree to:

• Engage fully and set aside time for practices and exercises without multitasking.

• Understand that the Program is a pathway of support and that healing is between you and Universal Source.

• Recognize that the services are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.

• Acknowledge that while the techniques can be beneficial, there are no guarantees, and you should not replace healthcare provider recommendations.

• Take responsibility for your own health and well-being.

 By participating in this Program, we agree to:

• Keep everything shared within this container sacred

• Hold space for you to be vulnerable, without judgment and ridicule

• Ensure that no personal information leaves this safe space

 2. Payment Terms

 Total Investment: $1,999 USD for the full Program

 Payments will be charged automatically as per the agreed schedule. Payments are accepted via credit card through Podia. All session sales are final, and no refunds will be provided for completed sessions.

 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital access to all Sexy NOT Sorry material upon sign up there will be no refunds given.

Life happens! If you need to reschedule 1:1, please give as much notice as possible. Urgent matters will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Pro-rated refunds may be considered for sessions not yet attended, minus a $50 admin fee.

 4. Termination

 We are dedicated to providing you with the best experience. However, the Company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your participation without refund if you:

• Become disruptive or difficult to work with

• Disparage the Program or Company on any platform

• Fail to follow Program guidelines

• Breach this agreement

• Fail to pay fees as agreed

• Interfere with the delivery of the Program or other clients

 If the Company undergoes significant changes such as insolvency, ownership change, or legal constraints, both parties will be released from future terms and conditions without liability.

 5. Confidentiality

 We respect your confidential information and expect you to do the same with ours. By accepting this agreement, you agree to:

• Not infringe on the Company's intellectual property rights

• Keep all shared information confidential and proprietary to the Company

• Use provided materials only as authorized by the Company

• Not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials received from the Company

 Violations may result in injunctive relief to prevent harm.

 6. Intellectual Property

 All materials provided by the Company are for your individual use only. You are not authorized to share, copy, distribute, or disseminate any materials without the Company’s written consent.

 7. Technology and Security

 The Company is not liable for any technology-related issues affecting the Program's delivery. You are responsible for having a reliable Internet connection and necessary technology. Keep your registration information accurate and secure your passwords.

 8. Use of Name and Likeness

 You grant the Company permission to use your name, image, and likeness in materials related to the Program. This includes video or photo formats, websites, social media, and public relations materials. We will always honor the sacred container as our first priority. However, to grow our reach to other mothers, we will use such materials responsibly and respectfully.

 9. Privacy

 The Company will protect your personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By participating in the Program, you consent to our use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://mariahscrystallibrary.com/privacy-policy.  

 10. Amendments

 We may amend this agreement at any time. We will make every effort to communicate changes to you. Continuing to access the Program after amendments means you accept the changes.

 This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company, superseding all prior agreements and understandings.
