Instructions for Filling and Signing Your Agreement Electronically
Adobe Reader
1. Download and Install Adobe Reader:
▪️ If you do not have Adobe Reader installed on your computer, you can download it for free from Adobe Reader Download Page.
2. Open the Agreement:
▪️ Open the PDF agreement you received from us using Adobe Reader.
3. Fill in the Required Information:
▪️ Click on the fields in the document to enter your information. Use the "Fill & Sign" tool in Adobe Reader to add text where necessary.
4. Sign the Document:
▪️ Click on the "Sign" icon in the toolbar.
▪️ Select "Add Signature" or "Add Initials".
▪️ You can choose to type, draw, or insert an image of your signature.
▪️ Place your signature in the appropriate location on the document.
5. Save the Completed Document:
▪️ After filling and signing the agreement, save the document to your computer by clicking "File" > "Save As" and selecting a location on your computer.
6. Email the Document:
▪️ Attach the saved document to an email and send it to us at mariah@seasaltwellness.com.
DocuSign
1. Access DocuSign:
▪️ Go to DocuSign Website and log in to your account. If you do not have an account, you can create one for free.
2. Upload the Agreement:
▪️ Click on "Start Now" or "Send an Envelope".
▪️ Upload the PDF agreement you received from us.
3. Fill in the Required Information:
▪️ Use the tools provided by DocuSign to add text and fill in the necessary fields.
4. Sign the Document:
▪️ Click on the "Sign" option to add your signature.
▪️ Follow the prompts to create and place your signature in the appropriate location on the document.
5. Complete and Send:
▪️ Once you have filled in and signed the document, click "Finish".
▪️ You will receive an email with the completed document. Download this document to your computer.
6. Email the Document:
▪️ Attach the saved document to an email and send it to us at mariah@seasaltwellness.com.
Alternative Options
If you prefer other methods or tools, you can use any reliable electronic signature software or service that you are comfortable with. The key steps are to fill in the required information, add your signature, save the completed document, and email it back to us.
